Privacy policy

Indimake is a B2B trade marketplace. We collect only what we need to run accounts, chat, listings, verification, and notifications. We do not sell personal data.

What we collect

• Suppliers: mobile number, business name, city, products, verification documents.
• Buyers: email, display/company name, messages and requirements you send.
• Device tokens on the mobile app, so we can send a push when you have a new enquiry.
• Technical logs needed to keep the service up (errors, search queries).

Who processes it

Depending on the feature: Supabase (database and auth, Mumbai), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (images and DNS), Expo (push notifications and app builds), Resend (email), MSG91 (SMS OTP), Razorpay (if you pay for a plan), OpenRouter (optional AI drafts you confirm before saving), Sentry (crash reports, no message bodies), PostHog (product analytics via cookies, not localStorage), Google Analytics 4 on the website (gtag cookies; the native apps are not tagged yet).

Your choices

You can sign out at any time. You can delete your account from the app or from your dashboard — that removes your login. Trade records that belong to both parties (messages, deals) stay, because the other party still has a right to their history.
